I thrilled to share with you that I am training to become a certified Bliss Breath Instruction which is an intensive 6-month program which I will graduate this fall. I will be offering monthly Meditations online and in person as scheduling allows.

Bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, water bottle, wear comfortable clothes. Sacred space is created for all participants to ensure the highest intentions and a safe environment, sharing is voluntary.
Suggested After Care: Rest and relaxation
The Breath of Bliss is a combined practice of meditation, music, and movement. It is a very powerful and transformational process, it brings forth healing, revealing, visions, insight, and deep healing. It is recommended to plan on moving slowly, as after care and not making any type of major plans after the class to give yourself time to rest and relax.
Breathing Practice: Open Mouth Circular Breath, going fast will enhance your experience, going slower will produce a more subtle experience, while there is no wrong way to do it. Follow your body's guidance and allow your speed of breath to be as you feel comfortable.
Through breath, we open ourselves to the high-frequency state of Ananda - a blissful realization of the divinity within and around us, a deep abiding state of wholeness and ecstasy. In this way, we breathe to feel all of our aliveness, the interconnectedness of all of life and the radiant bliss of our true essence. Our breath becomes circular, connected, with no pause or hesitation, just a seamless flowing river of air, with every breath, we release tension, inviting us to surrender.
- You are making room for bliss to flow through you.
- You are no longer bound by the ordinary; we are entering the extraordinary divine, surrendering into the moment of breath, movement and sound.
- You feel the truth of Sat- the eternal, unchanging nature of our essence.
- As you go deeper, you feel Chit- the radiant awareness that witnesses all. It is as though the breath is not just moving the body but expanding outwardly into the cosmos, connecting you with the infinite.
- The awareness fills you with light awakening every cell. And then comes Ananda, the bliss.
- Your breath becomes a sacred dance, each inhale a caress of life, each exhale a gentle release into pure joy.
The great mystics, Rumi, Kabir, Yogananda knew the breath is a bridge between the seen and unseen, the mortal and the divine, breath was the doorway to transcendence to awakening to the infinite truth. Your breath is an oracle. It connects you to everything.

The Mother Wave Breath
How To Breath The Bliss Breath - Mother Wave Breath:
- Consciously direct your breath to your heart, Higher Self, Soul and Source. Intend to experience your divinity. Intend to remember wholeness. Breath into whatever arises. Breath to become a living prayer. Breath to remember you are the I AM presence, the creator of your life. You are pure, good, free and worthy of bliss!
- Go as slow or fast as you feel comfortable, this is your journey. The Mother wave breath in and out through an open mouth. Follow the air over your lips, tongue, throat and into your lungs. Connect the inhale to the exhale without any pause. Fill your entire lungs, imagine air flowing through all your organs and body.
- Visualize the infinity symbol as the symbol of the Mother wave circular breath, Breath of Bliss. Faster and fuller creates a bigger experience, slower and shallow creates a more subtle experience, there is no wrong way or right way. Find the pattern and speed that gently opens you.
Circular connected breathing stimulates the release of DMT in the body which allows access to the non-ordinary states of reality - the realm of the soul. DMT is the same active compound contained in the indigenous South American spirit medicine Ayahuasca. For many, it creates a multidimensional psychedelic experience, “between worlds” meeting spirit beings, ancestors, Mother earth and more. DMT alters your perception of space and time, increases physical sensations, can create auditory and visual hallucinations and can induce feelings of euphoria; and can create the sense of a spiritual awakening, divine connection and oneness. DMT is a naturally occurring chemical substance inside your body. There is a debate whether it is stored in the lungs or created in the pineal and pituitary glands. Research by Dr. Stanislav Grof, the founder of Holotropic breathwork, and co-founder of Transpersonal Psychology, has shown that sustained, connected breathing can stimulate a release of DMT from your body.
Breath of Bliss - Awakening To the Divine Presence Within
The mind has a negativity bias which causes it to constantly scan the environment for problems and things to be afraid of so it can help the human survive. This evolutionary adaptation is no longer needed. Breath of Bliss invites you to pay attention to the present moment by awakening awareness of sense perceptions. When attention is redirected from the problem-making mind to awareness of the present moment, humans gain a natural and relaxed state of heightened alertness. Thinking slows. Consciousness moves through the veil of thoughts, labels and constructs, to each individual sense as a unique and equally powerful form of consciousness. The doorway to presence is awareness is the breath. When we pay attention to the breath flowing in and out, it becomes nearly impossible to think.
